Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Original packaging should be included when possible
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear and beachwear items unless they arrive defective or not as described.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Email our customer care team at [email protected] with your return/exchange request using the template below
- Our team will respond within 1 business day with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
- Package your item securely with the RA number clearly visible on the package
- Ship your return using a trackable method (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility)
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival):
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of standard shipping for the replacement item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no cost to you.
International Returns
For our international customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
