We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions) using reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and stylishly.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Standard Shipping: via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch) – $12.95
  • Free Shipping: via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch) for orders over $50

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey to your closet.

Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear and beachwear items unless they arrive defective or not as described.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging should be included when possible
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Our San Francisco-based team will respond within 1 business day with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
  3. Package your item securely with the RA number clearly visible
  4. Ship your return using a trackable method (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility)
  5. Once received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution

Exchanges
