2.1 Product Descriptions

We take care to accurately represent our curated collection of wardrobe essentials. However, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to monitor settings. Product availability is subject to change.

2.2 Pricing

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to adjust prices and correct pricing errors. Promotional offers may have additional terms.

2.3 Hygiene Policy

For health and safety reasons, swimwear and beachwear items cannot be returned unless defective or not as described (see Section 5).

3. Orders & Payments

Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including:

• Shipping restrictions to your location

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

4.3 Delivery Responsibilities

Once shipped, risk of loss passes to you. We’re not responsible for:

• Customs delays
• Incorrect shipping addresses
• Unclaimed packages

Tracking information will be provided via email.

5. Returns & Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• With all tags attached
• In original packaging when possible

Swimwear/beachwear returns only accepted for defective items.

5.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

3. Ship items with visible RA number
4. Use trackable shipping (customer responsibility)

5.3 Refunds

Refunds:

• Processed to original payment method
• Exclude original shipping costs

We cover standard shipping for replacement items. Exchanges subject to availability.

6. Liability & Disputes

Closet By She is not liable for any injury or damage resulting from product use beyond intended fashion purposes.

We’re not liable for temporary site unavailability or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved in San Francisco courts.
